Unlimited Group Sessions!

You will be with a trainer minimum 3 days per week and taken through the most cutting-edge workouts available to help you melt fat, build muscle, tone up, see results fast and MOST importantly have fun along the way!

These sessions are designed to have more 1 on 1 time with your coach. In doing so you'll become a master of exercise, form, injury prevention and strength! We love our challenge PT's as we get to know YOU! Your strengths, weaknesses and your personality!

Learn to Create Your Own Meal Plan!

Anyone can give their clients a "Meal Plan". 100% honesty, meals plans don't work. You may stick to it for 2-6 week if we're lucky! We teach you how to control your own meal plan and how to live a healthy, nutritious and most importantly DELICIOUS LIFE! If we don't enjoy our nutrition it won't be sustainable. We'll make sure you always LOVE FOOD!

Today's gyms come in all shapes and sizes, here at Final Fitness we specialise in a smaller professional style fitness studio for personal training and group fitness classes.​

 

If you find larger facilities intimidating or overwhelming  then our fitness studio is for you.

 

We get to focus just on you which is more effective, allowing us to get the maximum workout and results.

Our gym not only specialises in beginners but we have all the facilities to keep you going and motivated to continue your journey to more advance fitness levels too.

 

So if your new to a gym or fitness or wanting to progress past the basics or push your limits to reach that new goal, our private studio and all instructors at Final Fitness are equipped to help you reach what ever level you are ready to take on!

Dion Healey

Owner of Final Fitness and founder of the importance of fitness growth in Mandurah.

Specialty: Weight Loss, Muscle Building, Mobility, Rehab, Prehab and Functional Training.

Growing up i was the complete opposite of what a personal trainer was. Very shy, quiet, dealing with high anxiety for most my youth. I use to envy personal trainers growing up. They were always so positive and confident and that was where my journey for fitness began. 

As i progressed within the gym, i became more confident and in doing so i began to to push myself outside of my many comfort zones. Today i teach clients to do exactly that. What I realise is that people don't seek out a gym to lose body fat or gain muscle. But what we really seek is the FEELING that we achieve once we gain these results! My mission is to empower as many people as possible to FEEL and LIVE the life they truly wish to live!

Krystal Maiolo

Specialty: Fitness for life for all ages, body composition specialist, muscle building and mindset training consultant. 

I live, dream and eat fitness everyday of my life. I fell in love with fitness. I wanted to share my love with others who have the aspiration to become a better stronger version of themselves. Coming from a very close family I understand balancing family and a career may be tough sometimes I believe that finding time for yourself and your health is very important, and a great example for the rest of the family.
